After all every other article posted these days is about video creation strategies and how video can improve your bottom line. For some, it can be difficult to see how a video can be directly related to more income for their business. How can you tell if your videos are moving the needle in your business?

We researched several articles about video creation and strategies for marketing your videos in 2019. Some were rehashed from 2018 and just updated, and there were a few with some good ideas. Let me share a few with you.

Let's start with the basics. When you create videos for your business, you want to make sure you start with an objective in mind. What do you want from all of your hard work? Are you trying to get more sales for a specific product or service? Do you want people to join a group, membership, or just download an e-book? Maybe you are just trying to get the word out about your business and your goal is just to get in front of as many people as possible? Answering this question will help your video creation techniques convert easily.

Converting means that you can attribute a sale, an optin, or whatever objective you may have back to an action that the viewer took after watching the video you created. In order for the viewer to take any action, you need to add a call to action (CTA) in the video. In other words, you'd have to ask the viewer to take some type of action.
